South Florida Wedding Photographer

I take the responsibility of documenting your day very seriously. I look for the moment when kids are creating havoc and they do something funny or memorable. During the ceremony, I look around the room to see where I can find those “happy tears of joy”or those moments where mom and dad look at each other while you both exchange vows. I love to play with light and challenge the vision of the composition for a photo. As I look at a room and take a photo, I imagine that photo in your wedding album as a part of your story. My heart skips a beat when I see shadows or a ray of light that I can use. I crave emotions and when I see a moment slowly unfolding before my eyes….CLICK!

A little dramatic I must admit , but please understand all jokes aside…I love my job.

I’m funny (at least my dog thinks so), I’m caring, I have a way to calm the nerves of a bride or a family member and I value moments. Real moments that I will preserve through a photo that one day you will look at and be transported back in time to that exact moment. My goal is for you and your families to have a stress free day. I will guide in your posing during your formal shots and allow you to savor this day. As each memory is unfolding right before your eyes, I will be there to freeze it in time.

Documentary Wedding Photography

These are just a few example of my portfolio of Wedding Photography that I offer. My goal is to tell a story through photographing your moments through out the day. Not only will I do candid wedding shots, but I will guide you through a stress free process of posing for your Bridal Portraits and Groom Portraits.

I am not what you call a “Natural Light Photographer”. Any Photographer prefers the natural light (myself included…goodness how I love Golden Hour!), however there are times the light isn’t there and that is where the expertise of an experienced Photographer who is not only has the knowledge in lighting but also in creativity in using the proper lights to make your images magazine worthy! I promise you that you will LOVE your photos as well as your family and friends will too.

How Far In Advance Should I Book You?

Wedding Photographers are usually second in line to book after the two of you decide on a wedding date and venue. I recommend that once you have your date set to contact me for wedding photography availability.

Do you offer an engagement photo session?

I am very passionate about my job and it is very important to me that I meet with you to do an engagement session. After all, chances are that this will be your first time in a long time (or ever!) in front of the lens with a Professional Photographer. So in a nutshell…..yes, I do offer engagement sessions. I recommend to all my couples to do an engagement photo session because it is great for us to get to know each other and for you to be comfortable in front of my lens. This is also a special time for you to celebrate the beginning of your love story. For me personally I get to see how the two of you are in front of the lens and for the both of you, you get to see me as your Photographer for your wedding day. Kind of like a preview for your big day! Are you both camera shy that I need to gently coax you and make you feel relaxed in front of the lens? Or perhaps the both of you LOVE the camera and are fearless to express your emotions. Think of your engagement session as a practice run.

Do you pose us or do you do just documentary style photography?

The short answer? YES. I do both. The complete story of your wedding involves both posed and unposed photos. One of the things my clients have always complimented me on is how easy I make them feel. I know how to read if someone is not so comfortable in front of the camera, and it is my pleasure to guide you and pose for you and your bridal party and family members when it comes to the formal portrait photos. I also love capturing the story as it unfolds during the wedding day. Truthfully, once the posed photos are over and done with, you can usually find me walking outing observing, people watching and when I find the moment….BOOM! That’s when I start “clicking”. In the end the both of you and I will produce romantic wedding photos through my documentary style of photography’s well as your photos will be a cluster of unique wedding images that will tell a story through candid moments and signature wedding shots.

Let’s continue this conversation over the phone if you still have questions about this.

What does your wedding photography pricing & coverage look like?

My wedding photo pricing starts at $3500 and includes 6 hours of coverage and all final edited images sent via email. Most of my couples invest on average between $4800 to $6200. Please contact me so we can review what the best package is for you. I do offer special pricing for smaller, more intimate weddings. Once I hear from you, I ask you for your email address so I can send you a questionnaire. There it will determine pricing and such. Most event venues require that Vendors carry Business and Liability Insurance for at least $1,000,000 coverage. I am fully insured and can assure you that I can provide proper documentation to any venue.

How long does it take for me to see my wedding pictures?

I also do a sneak peak a couple days after because I know how excited you are about your wedding day. Full galleries are available 4-6 weeks after the wedding.

Getting Ready

Do you provide wedding albums and prints?

My collections have options to include heirloom archival quality Wedding Albums. So if it is your desire to have your memories in print, well step right up because I am your Gal! Absolutely! You need to exist in print. Digitals are great but wedding albums can last a lifetime and are a legacy of your family history. For me that is the fun part. I love designing wedding albums. We have collections that come with albums and you can also order prints and canvases.

Do you offer a second photographer with your wedding packages?

Fun wedding moment south Florida

Second shooters are highly recommended for weddings over 75 people. I have a team of incredible second shooters. Hiring a second shooter usually produces around 20 percent more images. Once I get all your information, I then send out my pricing with options to add a second shooter.

How many wedding photos will I receive?

Since weddings can differ vastly from one another this depends but on average I would say about 50-75 photos an hour.

Do you offer elopements?

Do You Travel for Destination Weddings?

I live in South Florida and serve this and other areas. I can also serve as your Destination Wedding Photographer. I have been flown out to Europe to photograph weddings in Rome, Italy, Ponza, Italy, Madrid, Spain. In the United States, I have flown and travel to Long Island, New York, Brooklyn, New York, New York City, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, DC, New Hampshire, Chicago, Illinois, Kansas City, Missouri, Boston, Massachusetts, Dallas, Texas, Houston, Texas, San Diego, California, Nashville, Tennessee. I can go on and on. In a nutshell, I love to travel to discover new places to meet new people and photograph their wedding. The feedback I get on why locals here rather hire a local versus going to the destination and blindly hiring someone is the fear of the unknown. Too many times I heard back from couples that have regretted trusting the “All in one” package in where the Photographer is included in a foreign country or island. They had no idea who the person was and no idea of what their images will look like. So if you are a local and want to bring someone you know and trust to your destination wedding, my question to you is, “Where do I sign up and when are we going?”. lol.

We love your work, what is the next step to book you?

I would love to meet with you in person or via Zoom so we can further discuss your wedding photography needs and so I can learn more about you as a couple and about your wedding day timeline.
